Make sure you are signing in to the correct eBay account if you have more than one, and that you are signing in to the correct site.
Try another browser or another sign-in link to rule out a problem with either of those. Or try using another device. Make sure the page has loaded completely before entering your credentials. Make sure you caps lock is not on and your keyboard does not have any flaky keys.
Use the "Need help signing in?" link on the page where you are prompted to enter your password if you still have problems. From there you can reset your password or contact eBay.
