Not able to get to return page to return item
I bought an item as a guest and not eBay doesn’t direct me to correct return procedure
the item came damaged and want to return process
I am going in loops trying to start a refund

Guest orders are not connected to your eBay account. For help with a guest order, first sign out of your current eBay account, then use the "order details" link in the email that eBay sent regarding the guest order, or else see here:
