Not Able To Buy From Seller

Question

I am interested in buying a vintage phonograph, when add the item to the cart and proceeded to check out i got a notification saying the seller will not ship to FL, USA. When i contacted the seller, they said that they do have international shipping set up and default applied eBay international shipping. Can you advise me on what can i do to make this purchase?

Open the listing again and on the Shipping: service cost line, click on See details. Doing that will open a box or page that has the seller's shipping information that should say what services they use. If they have eBay international shipping set up it should say that. If you do not see it, then they may not have entered it as one of their shipping options. You may also want to post the ebay item number here which you can find just above the Item Specifics box on the right it is a 12 digit number. That may tell us if there is other reasons why the seller is having problems.
