Not able to bid in ebay live
I have been shopping on ebay live for months. Yesterday I went on and my bid area was whited out. When I went to the help menu it says that I should have a message about why and there is nothing. I have Uninstaller and reinstalled the app twice and I still cannot bid. What's going on?
