Not able to appeal listing?
Summary: gradientdisco reported an issue with eBay's AI taking down their listing despite it not breaking any policy. They are unable to appeal due to unselectable buttons and can only access unhelpful FAQs. They were also unable to reach human support when they called eBay's resolution center, raising concerns about what constitutes 'normal business hours.' Frustrated, gradientdisco is considering alternatives to eBay that might be more supportive.
Ebay AI took my listing down although it doesn't break the policy. Problem is, the buttons are not selectable and therefore I cannot make an appeal. Even worse, no humans, all communication redirected through unhelpful FAQ. I tried calling the resolution center (1-866-540-3229) and was told to call back during normal business hours... It's literally Monday noon my time.. what are normal hours then?
This has me wondering what alternatives to eBay are there and more deserving of my efforts!?

It does happen that eBay removes listings that don't violate policy.
What was the item you listed and what policy did they suggest it violated?
