Not a good start. Please Help.
Hi opened my first EBay account on 03/06/25 as a Buyer only. I recently decided to be a part-time Seller (personal not Business Account) and in adding information ( on or about 4/28/25), I seem to have opened a new account. For example, I had 9 positive feedbacks prior to 4/28. Those have disappeared as I must have opened an an “new†EBay account through my Apple Account when I already had an Ebay account through My Google account. I had revised my Seller Description several times in the past week, including yesterday. Now it’s “goneâ€. I think I unlinked my EBay account through Apple but who knows. Did. Mention I’m 67 and not a regular computer user especially in past few years. I was all excited to start listing and have bought a postage scale and Thermal printer. The next step was to list my first 3 items. I got an “ oops†message from EBay when I clicked on “ Sellingâ€. I’ve put myself in a “Maze inside of the Matrix†and am afraid to take further action on my behalf to start selling. I should not have been “ working†past 8:00 PM as I can get tired and fuzzy but I was so motivated and “ready†because the equipment and EBay shipping materials have arrived! I felt all empowered from spending hours watching UTube featuring multiple fantastic EBay store owners sharing their knowledge so generously. Sorry about the length but I’m sure you get why I’m freaking out a little.. Thank You! David
