Nostalgia Scammed by Sellers,Ask eBay for help

I paid the seller to order Two in the Box" (order number:09-11568-64014) on May 14 2024.However, the seller has not shipped the goods so far. I have contacted the seller many times to inquire about the delivery status but has not received a reply. I suspect that I have been scammed and request a refund.

You had 30 days from estimated date of delivery to file a refund request through Ebay's Money Back Guarantee. You waited too long, so Ebay cannot help you.
