I purchased a Daiwa Seaborg 400J Electric Reel on 11/15 and took it for a week long trip to the Sea of Cortez. It broke getting stuck with the thumb casting button stuck down. The electric retrieve still work's but there is no way to move the reel handle for the last few feet.

I spent $27.08 to ship the reel to Daiwa service repair. Daiwa returned the reel without even looking at it. Non USModel.

I would like to return the reel so that I can purchase a legitimate warrantied one.
