North Face jacket replica
Bought a North Face jacket in 11/2022. The zipper recently broke, so I sent to NF to get fixed (3/2023). Got my jacket back and received a note saying it was counterfeit and they will not fix it. Reached out to seller, tells me to go through eBay. I am unable to start the refund process due to the item possibly being old. Am I out of luck?

Mentor3 years agoIt's too late to go through eBay for help, but you can open a case through PayPal or your credit card company if you funded your payment through either of those methods.
