Nonresponsive no communication seller
Nonresponsive no communication seller.
an item ordered and paid for immediately on February 6. He’s been sitting in limbo for 10 days. Sent several messages. No response. Requested to cancel the order because of no response. I’ve already ordered the same item somewhere else and have had it delivered. And eBay wants to hold onto money and leave it in limbo until March 19. And they want to charge sellers fees. Any suggestions on what to do in a situation of corrupt business model and no accountability for the seller being unavailable, But in the end I eBay being the gatekeeper of providing this platform, protecting the person they’re making money from, while holding the customers money hostage, in the event of what…. They still get their seller fees. What do I do, because AI And automated chat isn’t the solution to a professional customer business relationship, it’s the ability to scapegoat any responsibility or accountability

Before you decided to purchase the item on Ebay, you were able to view the estimated DATE OF DELIVERY on the listing page. When you purchased the item, you agreed to wait until that date to receive your item. So, instead of waiting as you agreed, you decided to purchase the item elsewhere in the past few days since you made the purchase. Now you may end up with 2 identical items.
You cannot take any action through Ebay until AFTER the estimated date of delivery has passed by at least one day. That is according to the Money Back Guarantee for buyers. How is Ebay being "corrupt"?
IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
