nonrefundable item wrong size sent
I purchased a king size comforter, and the label on the box says twin I'm afraid to open it because it was a nonrefundable item. What do I do? I have sent an email to the seller and have yet to hear back from him.

REGARDLESS of a seller's return policy ... buyers are fully protected if they purchase an item that is 'not as described' in some way.
It's possible ... but unlikely ... that the seller may have been able to squeeze a King Size comforter in a Twin Size box. You won't be able to know for sure unless you open it. You might want to wait a couple of days to be sure the seller sees your message. I would open the box on Tuesday.
If it turns out to be the wrong size ... then go to your Purchase History and file a 'return request' ... choosing 'Doesn't match description or photos' as the reason for the request.
If the seller fails to provide either a prepaid shipping label OR a full refund within 3 business days of your opening the return ... then go back to your open request on Day 4 and ask eBay to step in. eBay will handle the rest for you.

You're very welcome. 🙂
eBay realizes that it's often impossible to KNOW whether an item is 'not as described' unless you open the box.
DO NOT EVER 'refuse delivery' ... thinking that you are helping in some way by not opening the package. You will forfeit a refund by doing that. Please read eBay's Money Back Guarantee so that you are aware of your buyer protection. It's best to be very familiar with the terms in it.
Come back here if you have any further questions ... especially if you don't hear from the seller OR if you hear something unhelpful.
