@micafaulkne0 You will need to contact eBay customer service for assistance from #3 if my fellow Mentor's advice does not solve your problem.
However I recommend checking a few things as eBay will NOT tell you what doesn't match for security reasons.
1. Verify that the name and address on your eBay account matches your brick and mortar checking account and government ID EXACTLY. I had to had my middle name to my eBay account so it would match my checking account and drivers license. You will need to provide your SS#. You can not use a PO box for your registration address as seller but you can use it for your ship from and to addresses.
2. Make sure the ACH routing number is the correct one to use for these type of deposits. Verify this with your bank.
As both @disneyshopper and @eburtonlab have mentioned the "bank" has to be a physical one not an online internet bank. You also cannot add a debit card until AFTER your bank has been confirmed but don't use the debit card for your Payouts because you will be charged $ 2 for each transaction.
The name on your eBay account and bank account have to match perfectly for the set up to complete. Here is the Help page on Getting paid for your eBay sales: Getting paid for items you've sold | eBay
You need a checking account from a brick & mortar bank. Instead of selecting a bank from the list, scroll to the bottom and select that your bank is not on the list. Then enter the routing number and checking account. Do not select a debit card for payout as you will be charged $2 for each payout.
You need a checking account at a real bank, and your name and street address must match the name and address you have on eBay exactly -- character for character.
Be sure you are using the ACH routing number for electronic payments, which may be different from the number on your checks.

Then Type Verify Checking account in the chat bot box on the lower right. (Do not add any additional information)
Then AGENT after the bot responds. You might have to repeat those steps.
