Non-working sim card. Return the sim card to the seller but never get the refund
I ordered a sim card from the roaming company.com. They sent me a non-working one. Then I requested the return. First, they told me to return back the same address. So I returned with the same package and put down return to the sender on 8/21/2023. Then, later, he sent me the barcode but I have already returned it. I can't do it again. Now, I can't get the refund because I never used their barcode to return the item. The ebay wouldn't help me at all. I called ebay and never get the help. What can I do? I appreciate someone can help.

When you sent it back "Return to sended" you forfeited your Ebay Money Back Guarantee. You needed to go through the proper Ebay Return Request process.
