Non-working item buyer won't take back
I bought an item from a 96% positive review seller. The item came in a disheveled order and the directions for a totally different item. I Googled the item and tried to set it up. It doesn't work. I even had a friend that had the same item help me and it just doesn't work.
I contacted the seller three times with no response. I then contacted ebay to step in and within minutes, 15-20, the reply was, "Returm Closed." Does that mean this seller can sell items that don't work and there's nothing ebay will do?
Any ideas out there?

If you filed a Return Request and it was closed, what reason did you choose when you filed the return request?
