Non tracked Ebay shipping
I am looking to see how sellers handle items shipped through Ebays tracked shipping? Although most items sold are recieved by the buyers or not. Sellers are out the product and refunded to the buyer. How is the best way to handle this going forward? I have lost so many items through Ebays supposed tracked shipping. My products has to offer a lower shipping costs to my buyers to be competitve in sales. But this is not right either. I would appreciate any other feedback from sellers for I am getting absolutely nowhere with Ebays customer support. I guess when you get so big you dont need to represent your Company in a business like fashion anymore. Thanks for all the help!

Mentor6 months agoI use calculated shipping, using the USPS only. I stand in line at the post office to get an acceptance scan, and save my receipt. I have never had a lost package since I started doing this. When I left packages on the counter, 3 packages never got scanned, I refunded, and ebay classified me as a below standard seller. That is when I decided to always have my packages scanned, and no problems since.
