Non- Shipping, Non-Responsive Seller~
I placed an order 6 days ago. The order has not shipped and the seller is non-responsive to all contact attempts. Ebay policy on my order confirmation page says orders should ship within 3 days of order confirmation. I tried to request help from ebay but am not able to make any contact because they say the order may still ship and has 5 more days before I can request help. If ebay policy says orders should ship within 3 days, order hasn't shipped for 6 days, seller will not respond to my queries, why can't I contact ebay for help? This seller took my money and is now AWOL.
