Yes I ordered something about a week ago normally I wouldn’t worry but this seller hasn’t contacted me themselves unless contacting them myself to ask what’s going on an it’s been from how I feel at this point excuse after excuse. He has printed the label but not dropped off them item he keeps saying today today but that was 4 days ago. At this point I just want my money back but eBay won’t looks towards you unless it’s been so long what can I do?

Mentor9 months agoThere is nothing that you can do at the moment. eBay will not let you open an "Item not received" case until the last estimated delivery date for the item has passed by at least one full day. If the seller thinks they are getting away with something they are wrong. eBay uses the acceptance scan to determine if the item was shipped on time and not the printing of the label. This seller will most likely receive a shipping defect on their account.
