Purchased and paid for item on December 16, 2024. As of January 11, 2025, item has not been SHIPPED. Requested cancellation from ebay and was told it was too late to cancel. Item still not SHIPPED!!

Better is the procedure for an item not received.

First, check if the latest estimated delivery date has passed.

Then you have maximum 30 days to report the item you didn't receive. Three business days later, you can ask eBay to step in, if itâ€™s still not solved.

So, it's a two step procedure.
