Non-responsive seller
In October 6. 2024 I bought an extended warranty for two years from allstateus for an electric device I purchased from ebay. Now the product no longer works as it should, so I contacted the seller who is also called squaretrade, he requested evidence of purchase and I submitted it, but nothing has happened. He doesn't respond, now he is not taking messages, no communication is possible, and the useless AI system doesn't help much. What can I do to get compensated?
