Non response to contact seller messages
How do I get Ebay to remind a seller to please respond to my questions about a listed item. Three messages sent over a week and no replies received.

Ebay cannot force the seller to respond to your messages.
If the seller is not responding, find a different seller.

OP2 years agoNot helpful. I was hoping that Ebay could prod the seller to be more responsive to multiple messages. There is no other seller for the product I was interested in.
