Sellers do not have responded to an offer they can let time run out.

Mentor2 years agoMost sellers wouldn't respond to a bid. Why would they? They just let the auction go to completion, and the winner pays within 4 days. If no payment received, the seller can file a cancellation for Buyer didn't pay. Winning buyer gets a defect recorded on his account. Two unpaid transactions and s/he will find it hard to bid/purchase from sellers who block buyers with 2 or more unpaid transactions. That block will last for 12 months.
