Non Response from eBay
Summary: thkbig3 expressed frustration with eBay's feedback system, particularly why a resolved negative review appears prominently. glorybells explained that changing the feedback view to 'Most Recent' should resolve this issue. thkbig3 appreciated the help and planned to try the suggestion.
Has eBay gotten so big that they no longer want to talk with all of us "little people"? I can not find an answer to my question about FEEDBACKS. Simple explanation is all I want as to why the first Feedback that pops up on my account is the ONLY negative one I have received in 10 years. Why is that always first? It occurred over 6 months ago and was resolved even though the buyer was a jerk about the purchase. I thought eBay worked for us, didn't realize we work for them. Anyone have any thoughts?

Negative and neutral feedback remain visible for only one year.
It is also calculated into your Positive Feedback Score for only one year.
In the meantime, just be scrupulously accurate with all the sales you make, and cross your fingers for more positive feedback.
