Non response from a seller
I purchased an item from the States for delivery April the 3rd. A new delivery date of April 22nd then appeared so I tracked the package and found it had been returned to the supplier by the courier company before a delivery attempt had been made. I live in Mallorca, Spain (an island) and the delivery got to the mainland before returning. I have tried to contact the seller twice and they have not responded but eBay are saying I need to wait until after the second delivery date before I complain but why? The item is not being delivered.
