Non refundable Shop Fee
I subscribed to Ebay Basic shop for £27 then realised after publishing my shop,it was not reflecting,it was showing as pay as you account. I spent money on my brand logo and others.When I chatted an Ebay agent,the first agent that attended to me said my shop needs to be synchronise while the second agent said I need to switch to a business account, in which i did.Again he said after switching to a business account I will re subscribe to ebay shop for Basic which is £27 .I asked the agent if I would be refunded of the first payment I made (£27) he said no.
Ebay Basic shop I paid for is just almost two weeks old.I couldn't list an item because the publishing is not reflecting .I had thought when a shop subscription is being paid for,it is Ebay's responsibility to automatically convert it to a business account with the consent of the seller.
Please what is your advice on this?

Mentor5 months agoUnfortunately we cannot offer advise on this. You are located in the UK and asking this question on the eBay USA site. Each eBay site has different rules so you need to log out of this site and then log back onto the eBay UK site and ask the question there. Those mentors will be able to give an answer that applies on that site.
