The previous replies are correct. Since you are an infrequent seller, Ebay can place a temporary hold on your payouts for 31 days. (Although it could be sooner.)

Looking at your recent feedback for the past 12 months, it looks like you are a returning or infrequent seller. For that reason, ebay can hold your payouts for up to 31 days. As you increase selling items, shipping quickly, leaving feedback, your payouts will have a shorter hold period.

If so, it looks like you might be a infrequent or returning seller. If you are, eBay typically holds the funds until tracking shows delivery for 1 to 3 days.

Could those be the issues? I know how you feel. Sold it.. now gimme my money!!
