Non payment...cant leave negative feedback

Question

I sold an item, buyer never paid, and I can ONLY leave positive feedback. There is no option to pick negative.

You don't pay....you deserve a negative feedback! Am I wrong?

I sent probably 6 or seven non-combative messages.....and NOTHING.

Sellers have been prohibited from leaving negative feedback for buyers since 2008.

When a buyer does not pay, cancel the transaction after 4 days of non-payment have passed, specify "buyer didn't pay".

In Seller Hub, go to Orders.
Find the order you want to cancel, and from More actions, select Cancel order.
Select "buyer didn't pay" as the reason for the cancellation and then select Submit to finish.

All unpaid items are recorded on a buyer's account. Buyers who have excessive unpaid items, or canceled transactions, may have limits imposed, or lose their buying privileges.

Place the non-paying buyer on your Blocked Buyer List:
