Non payment from buyers
I've been selling on Ebay since 1997. I have had 3 non-paying buyers in the last week which is more than I've had in nearly 30 years. Ebay doesn't seem to act on the issue. Does that mean I can buy a bunch of stuff just to be bidding and not have to pay for it? There appears to be no consequences for non-paying buyers. Anyone else having these issues? TIA
