NON PAYMENT BIDDERS
IN THE LAST 2 MONTHS IVE HAD TO NONPAYING BIDDERS , ONE COST ME A $225.00 SALE AND THE OTHER $250.00, I DON'T UNDWRSTAND WHY EBAY DOESN'T HAVE A PENALTY POLICY FOR THESE SPAMMERS, 1ST OFFENDERS SHOULD BE BLOCKED FROM BIDDING FOR 30 DAYS, 2ND OFFENDERS FOR 60 DAYS AND 3RD OFFENDERS DE-LISTED, THIS IS CAUSING SELLERS PROBLEMS WITH LOST SALES, RE-LISTING ETC.

Mentor2 years agoSince last fall, eBay has been rolling out new programs that require Buyers to have a payment method on file and to pay immediately for certain purchases. This is true of listings that have Best Offer. If you accept a Buyer's Best Offer, they will be charged immediately. eBay has been working on requiring more Buyers to pay immediately for offers from Sellers that they accept. eBay is still rolling out immediate payment on auctions.
eBay does apply penalties to Buyers that cause nonpayments. Sellers need to use the tools eBay gives them to report these Buyers.
You can also go into your Account Settings and automatically block Buyers who cause nonpayments and also check the box to require that Buyers have a payment method on file.
