Non payment after auctions
What if I make a sale an auction. And the same person doesn't pay for their item? It has bee twice in a row now. Thank you all for any feedback.

Mentor3 years agoAfter 4 days of non payment, cancel the transaction with the reason buyer did not pay. This gives them a strike that stays on their account for 1year. Block them. Then you can relist. Do this every time.

OP3 years agoThank you very much for your advice. I did cancel the last time. And am going to cancel again. So ebay automatically puts the strike? I'll have to figure out how to block them. I really was counting on the sale and I'm sure the 2nd bidder would have wanted that item. It's just so unfair for all involved. Such a disrespect. And they won't answer me at all in communication.

·3 years agoGo to the Site Map (link at the bottom of this and most ebay.com pages) Sell Section (use the shortcut at the top--it's a long scroll down) and you'll find the link to that (Blocked Bidder/Buyer List) and several other useful seller tools (your Buyer Requirements, where you can block anyone with 2 unpaid item cancellations in the past 12 months, can be found at the bottom of the first page you are taken to when you click the link for the BB/BL).
ETA: And once the cancellation is done, you might be able to make a Second Chance Offer to the second highest bidder.
