Non payment
My user name was gt390, then I got a new phone and tried to import my eBay account and I lost my positive feedback. Now my account is so messed up it's been a challenge to do business on my account. I have made many purchases and this seems unfair to me since I always paid as soon as I win a bid. If eBay would have taken the time to review my account history maybe I would remain a customer, but I don't think it that is likely. Anyone else have this problem?

·3 years agoWhat does any of this have to do with "Non payment"? One doesn't "import" an account to a new device, one simply logs in to the account on the new device. Your positive history on the old account doesn't excuse negative history on the new account (but negative history on one account can certainly impact the status of another one).
