Non Payment
I was recently charge for a non-payment and it only happen cause of my laptop was down for almost a week and it would have never happen if it was always up! I dearly apalaugze for my mistaken and promise I will never allow me to do that ever again. I recently am out looking for a brand new laptop at many of the big box stores near me and also have been search on eBay also. If you all would lift this ban I may even purchase it here on eBay!!!

-First, we are not eBay here, we are volunteer members answering questions and supporting other members.
-As @disneyshopper mentioned one Unpaid item strike on your account in 12 months will not hurt you buying on eBay but 2 will. 2 is the minimum strike count block eBay allows Sellers to select on their account
-Don't go cheap with buying a new laptop, buy from a dealer that gives you a warranty and can support the device.

You could have used the internet elsewhere while your "laptop was down" to pay for your purchase.

Mentor2 years agoOne unpaid transaction won't hurt you, but if you get 2, you may find yourself blocked by sellers who block buyers with 2 or more unpaid transactions. That block will last for 12 months. Those buyers will have to look for fixed priced listings with Immediate Payment Required.
