Why am I not allowed to leave a negative feedback on a person who wins an auction and doesn’t pay or communicate any reason for not paying?

Mentor2 years agoSellers cannot leave negative feedback for any reason. Only positive (green dot) feedback is available. Also, do not leave a "negative comment" along with the positive (green dot) feedback.
✓ When you cancel the sale for non-payment, the buyer gets a "strike". This is a hidden thing, but with enough, the buyer will be removed from eBay.
-- If it has been 4 days (96 hours) and the buyer has not paid, you can cancel the order for "Non-payment".

✓ This process gives the buyer an unpaid item "strike", and it refunds your final value fees.
✓ You can also block a specific buyer id that you had a bad experience with

✓ If you want to prevent people with non-payment strikes from buying from you, you can do so here.
Set your Buyer Requirements to –
- block "buyers" with x number of unpaid purchases and
- block "buyers" who live in a place you do not ship to.
- Apply the above settings to active and future listings
