Non paying non responding bid winner for car
Have a non paying, non responding bid winner for a car. He paid $200 deposit, subsequently told me he can’t pick up the car because he can’t take day off from work, then told me to wait a little longer because he doesn’t have cash. I’ve agreed to wait for a few weeks. Now he’s not responding. He’s wasted so much of my time, auction fee, plus storage.
can I cancel the sale and relist without fee? Do I need to refund the deposit paid? I can’t even seem to leave a negative feedback which doesn’t make sense.
