Non-paying buyer (what should I do?)
A buyer made an offer on my item 4 days ago. I have sent 3 invoices requesting him to complete his commitment. I have not received any response. If the buyer does not complete his commitment, how can I turn in this non-paying buyer (if necessary). Thanks

Stop sending invoices. With every invoice, you give them another 4 days (96 hours) to pay.
eBay sends invoices and reminders to pay.
The unpaid item process can be set to cancel, issue a strike and relist, as quickly as the the 5th day.
