Non Paying Buyer, Can't block

I accepted an offer after researching the buyer's feedback, and they seemed legit, but the buyer didn't pay even after sending a friendly reminder. I tried to block the buyer, but it's giving me an error. It's not showing up because it wasn't paid for and the offer expired earlier today. At the same time, it also states in the little box to the left under completed, "awaiting payment". I thought eBay just stated they were going to come down harder on buyers who don't pay. What a crock! I can't even block the buyer because they haven't paid, so the item isn't showing up under orders. It's like I never even received the offer. I don't want this buyer doing this to me again, or anyone else, so what actions can I take? I understand life happens, but I'm not going to wait up to 30 days.

Mentor5 days agoWhen a buyer does not pay, cancel the transaction after 4 full days (72 hours) of non-payment have passed, specify "buyer didn't pay".
In Seller Hub, go to Orders.
Find the order you want to cancel, and from More actions, select Cancel order.
Select "buyer didn't pay" as the reason for the cancellation and then select Submit to finish.

All unpaid items are recorded on a buyer's account. Buyers who have excessive unpaid items, or canceled transactions, may have limits imposed, or lose their buying privileges.
Place the non-paying buyer on your Blocked Buyer List:

OP5 days agoIt's not showing up under my orders because it was never paid for, so I never had to ship it.

Mentor4 days agoIf you accepted the buyer's offer, it would become a purchase (order), so therefor it would appear there even unpaid.
You stated in your original post that "the offer expired earlier today", What "offer"? It would no longer be an offer if you accepted the buyer's offer.
