Non-paying bidder dropped from pending. Can I still file a not paid report? I waited 4 days for payment.
I still have email stating offer accepted by buyer. Their payment declined and no other payment was made. Went to seller hub and the transaction is 100% gone. This is my 1st non-payment. TIA
