Non-paying bidder
a buyer made an offer on an item which I accepted and then they had the nerve to ask for a cancellation because “they found it for cheaper”. I denied the cancellation and they refuse to pay. What do I do now? The item’s just sitting there unpaid.

Mentor4 months agoBuyers have four full days (96 hours) to pay for their items. If they do not pay within the four full days then on the fifth full day you can cancel their purchase. To do this you find the item on your sold item list and from the drop down menu you select cancel purchase. Make sure to use the reason "Buyer has not paid" as this gets your final value fee refunded and the buyer receives an unpaid item strike on their account. This reason option will not show up until four full days have passed so if you do not see it then you are too early to cancel the purchase.
