A real BIG DILEMMA

Here is the situation (Ebay) Just put me in.
I have an entire house full of stones I purchased from an estate. A lifetime collection. Various ages and from various places.
I was not sure on Authenticity on the most of the items. So I listed anything I was NOT Sure of, under Non Native American Crafts.
And I have some items like Pipes that look like some of them are OLD and Native American. But I am not sure. Spo I listed all the items as Non Native. And at Reproduction prices as recommeneded for items in those categories. Sold them at appropriate prices.
Then. I have a buyer. Buy some of the items. Leave me a Feedback above saying the items are FAKE. And this is the issue for me.
I sent a bunch of the items I have to sell. To an Authenticator. 25 items 2 times.
11 items came back as authentic the first time. And only 8 of the 25 the second time.
But now I do have Authentic Artifacts with COA's to Sell.
Now I have a feedback on ebay....they will not remove. That is SLANDEROUS.

The pipes dont even look Native American. So I just listed them as stone pipes. For like $12 a piece. The ones I have with coa's with be $500 a piece.
And what this buyer did. Buy items accuratly described for prices they were worth. Then got mad because they were not real and worth $500.
Tomorrow I am going to have to wake up. Go see an attorney and file a lawsuit on this Ebay Member.
And with how you have haneled this THUS FAR considering the HONESTY on my end and how I listed these items.
As Described. I dont even know what to say.
As good as i did selling these items up to this point. I feel this guy did this and is a competitor.
What is the deal here Ebay?
How are these Listing FAKE and Reproductions?
That is what they were LISTED AS. Exactly as described.
And if this guy wants to even make the claim they are fakes....I would like them authenticated. Because I say like the other stuff. A few of the pieces may be legitimate. And because I did not KNOW for SURE on that without paying. I sold all of it honestly. I did,

OP2 weeks ago · EditedOk. Here is an update. I contacted the seller. Gave it to him a little. And he came around after I brought up an attorney. He is ok to remove the feedback now. But there must be some kind of safeguard here on this from now on.
I cant have this happen again. And waste my day on the phone with some Ebay Customer Support rep who speaks Broken English that I can BARELY understand. There is 100% a communication issue here and 9/10 of the ebay reps you have on duty are WORTHLESS.
You may as well use AI.
If this same situation arises again on feedback....on accuratly listed items. I am going for DAMAGES

OP2 weeks ago · EditedI understand as well. There will be issues here with Buyers. I may mess up and ship the wrong thing. Send something with damage I did not see. Have something stolen in the mail.
That stuff happens.

Think about this.
I got a feedback. Because some guy got MAD. The $12 Pipe he got was not worth $500. And 100% they would have been worth that if LEGITIMATE. And most likely MORE

Wouldnt be an issue here at all. If the buyer totally ripped me off. And got $1000 items for $10-$15.
This is such an unbelieveable situation. I think it is worthy of a youtube video.

Things would have been A-OK if the dude got his HUGE score. and got some $1000 pipes for $10.....right ebay?
If you are on Support here. Go look at the pipes and PRICES of those sold in pre 1600 relics.
It will be SELF explanatory.

No way....ANYONE on the Planet is going to sell and Authentic pre 1600 Stone pipe for $15 or $20 or even $100. It would most likely be thousands of dollars. Did I call any of those pipes I got slanderous feedback on Native American? I did not. I called nothing native american. I called them stone pipes.
This is the most IGNORANT situation I have ever been a part of.
I just listed some items earlier. Some ax heads. I can care less if they are ancient or not. I put them on I think at Buy it now for 19.99. And most likely id take $10. And they are nice looking. I feel they are worth $20-$30. I get that in person at Flea markets. The the Ax heads do kind of look like they could be Native. So they are Under Non Native Crafts. So as Non Native made.
Exactly as described. If someone Buys one of those. Leaves me a Negative feedback telling me it is fake. I am going to take legal action on You ebay.

All of it is. Unless it has a COA. Then it will be listed in pre 1600 relics or Artifacts.....and be like $500.00 Buy it now. Not EFFING $12-$15

OP2 weeks ago · EditedAnd on top of this. Last month I had the opportunity here to sell probably $10,000 worth of merch. But....you limited me to earning 1400.00. So I had to cancel auctions. to list more. Lost momentum. And shipped all the items same day and even sent all the people Free Stuff. I sent this guy who left me Neutrals feedback FREE items in his box. Enough nice free stiuff it was a HELL of a DEAL. No emails. No contact at all. Just malicious feedback accusing me of selling FAKES.
Selling a fake...is misrepresenting something. I did NOT.

Just how I remember it before I left the last time.
Hassle After Hassle and the worst customer service of all time. The last rep I talked to on the Phone. Understood the situation here.
The items are as DESCRIBED. PERIOD.
This really Sucks Azz Ebay. This is UNBELIEVEABLE.
