non disclosure of defects in item
I bought a figurine which had clearly had her head glued back on. This was not disclosed in the listing and there were no close up photos showing the join, just standard 360 degree photos. The seller said I should have noticed from the photos and won't refund me. I am wondering how I progress my complaint - do I just claim through the ebay protection policy and leave negative feedback or should I report the seller? It is not very clear how you report a seller. Thank you!

Mentor10 months agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
