item was sent supposadly first class international from u.s. to australia.last known siting was caracas venasuala? now passed arrival date, when asked for a refund, seller only again gave me shipping details, which i already have. EBAY monay back guarrentee...bull**bleep**

·3 years agoTo have the MBG protection, you have to use it.
Go to your purchase history and open an Item Not Received case.
Seller will have a couple days to provide tracking showing it was delivered or refund.
If there is recent tracking updates, Ebay might put the case on hold for a few days.
