Non counterfeit item
I have a few legitimate, name brand pistol magazine loaders to sell.
I keep getting the listings removed as per eBays counterfeit guidelines, but these are not counterfeit.
How can I get my loaders listed?

Did you get a VeRO notice?
What authentication (sales receipt, etc.) do you have for them?

OP2 years agoNo, I didn’t get e VeRO notice.
I got a notice that this item is prone to counterfeit yadayada.
I was never asked to provide any proof. Albeit, I had these in inventory about 5+ years.
I got them from my wholesale supplier, I can probably get the original invoice (I’m a pack rat) but I don’t know if it’s worth the effort.

Since this wasn't a VeRO complaint, but an ebay take down, you have a problem. Ebay appears to be doing more and more of this sort of thing against sellers of various products without giving them any recourse whatsoever to appeal it. The best you could do is have your attorney send a letter to ebay's legal department, but hardly worth it for a single item.
Obviously ebay is trying to protect against counterfeits, but at times seems to not be applying the take downs fairly to all sellers. I suspect if this practice continues to escalate, some public advocate or news group is going to call them out on it.
You are now on ebay's radar so best to just to sell elsewhere.
