Non cooperative seller…abusive seller
I have bought an item…tracking said it was never picked up…seller was rude and insisted package was in mail…I stressed usps said they did not have it …….I kept checking tracking and it never showed..told seller I was not happy…seller never really resolved the issue…item finally arrived after 11 days, and was not correct…I only received 48 coffee pods, instead of the 100 I ordered….I told the seller that the item arrived and was short…They are demanding that I apologize before they will do anything to help me…I feel I am being held hostage and I am ANGRY….this seller should be reviewed for their bad behavior and should suffer a consequence…. I sell and would never treat a customer like this….and…..I can’t speak to a PERSON about this….someone please help me and tell me what I can do…I refuse to apologize, this is ridiculous.

No need to communicate with the rude seller.
Ebay has a 30 day Money Back Guarantee, so you can file a Return Request:

OP2 years agoThank you for letting me know what I can do….but it goes beyond that….sellers should never degrade a buyer or accuse them of trying to scam them…eBay should have a platform for people to file complaints and actually talk to the parties involved…I too am a seller on eBay and I would never exhibit this type of behavior to one of my buyers…there are always ways to resolve disputes if people would just take the time to do so….and do so in a reasonable way….eBay needs better customer service and go back to the old way of doing things, with real people to talk to….

Ebay does not deal with interpersonal disputes.
You are not obligated to communicate with the rude seller and you can block their messages.
File the return request and don't read or respond to the seller's messages.

There is no reason for you to be communicating with the seller at all and you will NOT lose your money if you follow the correct procedure.
Ignore their threats and use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee by filing the Ebay Return Request, per my earlier instructions and if the seller does not cooperate, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you 4 business days after you filed the request.

OP2 years agoThank you so much for all your help…the seller has issued me a return label, but there is only 48 to return….should I go ahead and complete the return?)

You return what you received, unused, preferably in original box.
If the seller does not issue a refund when they receive the returned package, promptly as Ebay to step in to help you.

OP2 years agoLady Madonna…I’m so sorry to have dragged you into this…..but I am actually getting scared…this guy keeps writing to me and calling me a thief….He knows my address and has my credit card number…..please , is there a way someone at eBay can read his communication with me?

There is no way that he can know your credit card number.
