Non arrival of item, ebay useless.
I made the mistake of falling for too good to be true, and bought a lens from a vendor in China. Yes it was tracked from inside China to Hong Kong and eventially to mainland USA, and the Chinese courier (website tracker) says it was delivered..only not to me. And no evidence that it was transfered to one of the regular courier services. This all started in Nov 29th last year and I've used the e bay provided online means of resolution but it told me I hadn't used a credit card to buy the lens. Therefore as far as e bay is concerned the matter is closed, the vendor can continue their scams and I'm out of pocket. Presumably Discover was de-listed as a credit card between using it and now? Is this a common occurance with others?
Suggestions please? Any contact info to speak to a human rather than the artificial stupidity they employ?

Mentor8 months agoDiscover card is still accepted as a payment method. If that is the card you used to make the purchase, contact the card issuer regarding a chargeback. Most credit card companies allow up to 180 days from date of purchase in order to help you.
