No word on when my items will ship
Hello, I placed an order on Thursday, April 10, 2025, and I have not heard when my items will ship. I contacted the seller and have not received a reply. What are my next steps? Thank you.

The listing should give you an idea of the seller’s ‘handling time’ … which is the time the seller usually takes to ship the item after the buyer’s payment has cleared.
If you do not see any handling time in the listing … then checking the Order Details in your Purchase History will tell you the Estimated Delivery Dates (EDD).
You are able to file an ‘Item not received’ claim the day after the last EDD you are shown … BUT I probably would wait at least a week more to file (IF the item has already been shipped) because of the slower transit times that have been occurring lately.

·1 year agoSellers can have a handling time between 1 and 40 days. What was the last estimated date of delivery shown when you purchased it? One full day after that date, you can open an item not received case .
