No way to get more help
I put in a cancelation request 5 days ago and still don't have a reply. I can't process a request for a refund because the cancelation request is still pending. Where is the help to get ebay to honor their 3 day promise?

Mentor4 months agoBuyers can only REQUEST to cancel an order. The seller is NOT obligated to do so. If you ask nicely, explaining why you need to cancel, most sellers will cancel for Buyer Requested, although they are not required to do so. Once you receive the item, you can give it away, donate it, or sell it yourself on ebay, or another platform.

Mentor4 months agoBuyers can request a cancellation but sellers don't have to comply. Many sellers cannot comply. You can request a return once the item arrives.
