No Way To Directly Contact Ebay
Try to contact ebay about seller with no return policy ... what is a buyer suppose to do when the item doesn't fit ... the contact just goes in loops that lead no where ... no direct contact information at all.

Mentor1 year ago@spirittoo A sellers return policy applies to buyers remorse returns. Doesn't fit is a remorse return reason so the seller is allowed to deny the return per eBay policy.
Be sure to check a sellers return policy before shopping.
If the item is somehow not as described then the eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy.
