No tracking number?
Hey there, I shipped an item on April 5. It shows on the order that it was shipped successfully but there is no tracking number. It shows that the buy should receive it by tomorrow but I don't have tracking to give to him. What can I do to add tracking? I've never seen this before.

OP2 years agoExcept...this buyer chose USPS Ground Advantage.
I was just informed about the Media Mail restrictions and that's easy enough to fix for future shipments.

FYI media and mail and ground advantage about the same for one comic with cardboard for protection in a polyvinyl. At 6 to 7 oz
I brick about 10 to 12 and ship in a Priority Bubble rate usually for less than ground advantage.
For larger shipments consider the box size, and double check on Pirateship.com to see if you can get a better shipping price. You round to the nearest 1/4 inch on Pirateship for cubic rate.

Mentor2 years ago@austinspace1 Did you make sure the post office scanned the package when you mailed it? I always stand in line to get my packages scanned.
I see you are shipping comics using Media Mail which is not allowed per USPS. Media mail is opened and inspected randomly. Your package could be returned to sender, delivered to your buyer postage due. I believe you get charged the Priority rate too.
