No tracking label

Question

I sent a few Pokémon cards in envelopes without the tracking (it’s my first time using eBay sellers). How can I update the selling so that eBay knows we sent it or what can be done?

If you mean you shipped, in an envelope, with a stamp, you can go to the sale and click mark as shipped. However, that proves nothing to eBay.

I hope you didn't ship that way as you charged $5+ saying you would ship via USPS Ground Advantage. If you did ship with just a stamp, you will have some upset buyers.

Did you mean this was the first time you used ebay standard envelope shipping? That service does not get the same tracking updates as other services since it is basically a metered mail service. There are no acceptance scans and the out for delivery scan is usually given 1-2 days before the actual delivery, because that scan is posted at the nearest Sorting center to the buyers P.O.

If you chose the service as your shipping method ebay should know you shipped it even without tracking.
