Mentor1 year agoNot necessarily. Not all sellers ship through the eBay shipping center which would enter a tracking number automatically. Also, sellers are not required to communicate with you although it is good business to do this.
Tracking is for the protection of the seller only. Buyers have the eBay Money Back Guaranty for their protection. Make sure to click on the MBG link in any listing to read about your rights and responsibilities under the guaranty.
