No Tracking Information for 3 Days
Purchased a Go Kart for my Son , its been 3 days since the Shipping Label has been created and no movement from the Seller , and I no longer want the item and it has not been shipped to me, I already payed for the item 4 days ago just want a refund. How can I have this resolved as soon as possible

You have to wait one day past the original estimated delivery date and then you can file a claim via the item in your Purchase history for not received. Follow the steps int he claim, they will lead to an eventual refund. The claim period once you start it last 4 days.
You can also message the Seller and let them know that you changed your mind and politely ask them to cancel the transaction since it has apparently not shipped. Then wait, they do not have to honor the request.

Mentor2 years agoWhen it's past the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
